Wow. On the west coast of Canada six people died and 17 were injured when a truck hit them (Truck plows into pre-wedding party (http://www.cbc.ca/canada/british-columbia/story/2007/08/25/wedding-fatalities.html)). :(
Drugs and alcohol have been ruled out and the cause is still being investigated. It's scary how one moment life is going great and then without warning something like this happens.
On a related note, tonight, in the span of 10 minutes I saw three separate traffic accidents on the same road.
