Victim of dog attack searches for owners

I hope they find the owners of the dog. Maybe the owners just panicked and gave false contact information, but they walked the victim back to her apartment? I would have thought they'd have had time to calm down by then. I wonder if it was leashed.

At least it looks like the baby is okay.

Terrible, simply terrible,

But the people who gave false information will only make things worse for themselves when they catch them. It opens them up to much worse criminal charges.
